It has the elongated leaves of Lacinato and is bolt resistant, while its purple leaf center, stems and curly edges come from Redbor kale. More succulent than Red Russian. More cold hardy then Lacinato. Some plants will perennialize in the Pacific Northwest. Excellent steamed or sautéed, in stews and pastas, or diced fresh in salad. I began dedicating my energy toward wild-tending and homesteading with a focus on year-round food sustainability in 2006. Now settled in Ashland, Oregon, I have been enjoying adding the seed-saving cycle to my gardening season. I use only natural products in my small garden with a lot of manually tended care.My other work is as a massage therapist:  Appointments | Sugi Lumina Grace, LLC\" \u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"RESTORATION SEEDS","offers":[{"title":"200 Seeds","offer_id":4235273605,"sku":"13958","price":4.1,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true},{"title":"2000 Seeds","offer_id":4235273669,"sku":"13959","price":12.5,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0129\/8922\/products\/Lacinato-Rainbow-kale1_IMG_7666_7c02e518-6fe9-40da-b732-ec3265472a9a.jpg?v=1733898753","url":"https:\/\/www.restorationseeds.mom\/products\/lacinato-rainbow-kale","provider":"RESTORATION SEEDS","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
