Eat orach as a green in salads, and benefit from the high Vitamin C content. Plant, harvest, and eat orach all summer long, and enjoy that it doesn’t get bitter when it begins to bolt, unlike lettuce. It’s easy to save seed from orach, but please take note that there is some leaf color variation over the seasons. Ideal for greenhouse winter greens as well. Also known as Garden Orach, Marsh Orach, Mountain Spinach and French Spinach.
